By the end of January 2003, loans to 483 entrepreneurs
were guaranteed, committing the Trust to an amount of some N$36
million. This resulted in 3609 (January 2003) new jobs, while 1436
existing jobs were maintained within small enterprises. It is therefore
important that all potential small entrepreneurs, the youth, women
and other previously disadvantaged groups in Namibia, should make
use of this opportunity. They should utilize such credit and finance
facilities under the guarantee of the Trust to create jobs and generate
income that will make a difference in their lives.
